Folks:
I need to find a blog software that requires users to login before they
view the blog. It would be real handy if this feature was rolled into
the program so it could be turned on or off -
Apache/php/mysgl/linux based a real plus!
Thanks -

Hi
I am looking for some .NET blog software which I can use at my own
website.
I do not have access to a SQL Server, but I do have access to a MySQL
database, and I can have an access database, if I want to.
Preferably in .NET 2.0 but 1.1 will do...

Hi;
I have a friend who is not very technically literate who wants to have
his own domain. He wants to have a blog and a few static web pages
with that.
I was thinking one of the free blogger services might be best for him.
My questions are:
1. Will any of them, for a free, map his domain to his blog?

I am looking for a simple php blog to modify. I been have looking
around at different open source blogs like Wordpress but that are too
complicated for my needs.
Basically I just want posts, comments, users and tags. If supported
multiple blogs that would great but I can add that.
Really the simplier the better.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ted

I used WordPress for a prior blog, but now have my website on ASP.Net 2.0
using MS SQL Server. I'd like to actually have an equivalent blog (easy to
set up, easy to add entries to for the family).
Does anyone have recommendations on an equivalent package that they like?
Thanks.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...
