Greetings,
I have a very simple question. How do you simulate a user input to
turn off a screen saver in Windows (either a mouse movement, mouse
click, or keyboard input)? I promise I searched the newsgroup before
asking :)
I have written the following program that loads all my Webshots files
into the Webshots photo manager, or so I thought. When you load the
first it starts the screen saver. All other subsequent ones are not

Hi,
I have included a small listing. The test program opens a panel and
show a bitmap.
What I want is to when the mouse is over the bitmap panel, I want to
trap the left mouse click.
The purpose is to get the position of the mouse pointer on the bitmap.
However, for some reason, the left (I also tried right) mouse clicks
are not intercepted.
I new to Python and wxWindows so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have created a form designer type application (with a lot of you peoples
helpJ). It has label controls that are draggable at runtime. The user is
also allowed to change some properties such as forecolor, backcolor and
font. The labels also are rotatable and the text can also be flipped 180
degrees (the flipped text part is still being worked on). I have one context
menu for all 30 labels that allows for the property changes to the labels....

Hey guys,
I have 2 events on a windows forms datagrid, the mouse move as well as the
double click events.
What's happening is that when I double click on a row in the grid, the mouse
move event gets triggered and the double click is not identified at all.
Is there any way I can invoke the double click when the mouse move also
exists?

The mouse event <Double-Button-1> has a conflict when the <Button-1>
event also has a binding. Double clicks will first perform the single
click action. This seems a little silly.

Hi,
I am attempting to detect mouse clicks from within curses, using
"select" on sys.stdin. It is working great within an xterm under X, but
not very well in a "real" linux console. When I click my mouse while on
the "real" console, nothing happens at first, even on repeated clicks.
Once I press a keyboard key, I see a "409" in my trace, indicating the
mouse event. The next keystroke will bring up the two keyboard events.
