where has Stani's Py Editor gone?

Hi everyone,

Been trying to get the latest version of Stani's Python Editor the last few
days. But I cannot get any response out of 'pythonide.stan i.be'. Anyone know
what's happened?

Ta much,

It is supported by virtually all CAD products (such as AutoCAD, Blender, 3Dstudio, Maya,Vectorworks...) and vector drawing programs (such as Illustrator, Flash, ...). I've written quite a bit of early php code, but nothing really web and database-specific (more like administrative and maintenance stuff for LINUX), but now I need to develop some serious web applications. Since I wanted to be portable, I installed Apache, MySQL and PHP5 on one of my Windows XP laptops. I'm having problems: First, I can't find a REALLY good editor for php on Windows. If anyone out here knows of a really good editor I would be...

Hello All, I hope someone out there has some input on this problem, it driving me nuts. This problem only occurs with one code .mdb out of many I have on my system, which implies the problem is with the .mdb, not the environment. I'm using Office 2K developer edition, Win2k O/S. Office and O/S are up

SPE's site (http://pythonide.stani.be/) has been inaccessible to me for at least a day. Can anyone else get to it? I looked on Google and didn't see any new locations for SPE. Has it recently moved to somewhere else? I dimly recall a post by Stani wherein he said he might move the site, but I can't find it... John

SPE was hosted for a long while by Zettai. I'd like to thank them again for their wonderful service. Unfortunately they will go out of business. So SPE is looking for a new webhost. These are the requirements: - python framework (Zope/Plone, django, turbogears, ...) - I have the freedom to use this website also for other projects besides SPE (such as sdxf (open source dxf library for python), my own portfolio, ... - I am allowed to...

Hello, I was trying to get answers for these. SPE homepage was down. Then I found it on berlios (http://developer.berlios.de/forum/forum.php?forum_id=12695) but no one answered since 5 days. In fact nobody seems to write in anything to that forum, I presume it is dead. I have no other choice than ask it here. I apologize in advance, they may be silly questions. 1. How can I navigate between opened files? Usually I open 10 or more

Hi everyone, The editor in spe on my system (win XP home sp2) does not do automatic indentation..... I can't figure out why - it used to. I'm set up with subversion so I have the very latest stuff from Stani. It's amazing how not having automatic indentation can make working in the ide such a pain. This has been going on for a while (like a few years), and the situation is deteriorating - used to be that the indentation would work for a...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
