I want "www." to never show in a browser's location bar when anyone
visits my site via my domain-name. i.e. :
BAD: http://www.my-domain-name
GOOD: http://my-domain-name
How can I efficiently (and always) remove the "www." when people, out of
habit or because they think they need to, type "www.my-domain-name", so
that only "my-domain-name" shows?

Hi;
A friend of mine is publishing a book that includes 3000 citations,
many with urls. When he made his bibliography he chopped off the
"http://"s off of his urls.
I wrote a program to parse out his urls and put them into a dummy HTML
page to take advantage of the free online link checkers.
I made two page. One where I made sure every url had "http://www."

What is the correct way to download a file through HTTP and save it to
the file name suggested by "Content-Disposition"?
I would use urlretrieve but I'm not sure how to obtain the file name
through the HTTP headers without downloading the body (e.g.
urlopen(url).info()).

var x = new Object();
var y = new Object();
var j;
for (j=0; j<5; j++) {
x = function () { print(j); };

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...
