I am trying to use a command line program to run a stored procedure
that generates output in a comma-delimitted format. Somehow, ISQL or
OSQL always wrap the lines at 256 characters. I believe this has
something to do with the column width switch (-w). But enlarging the
column width to 800 characters max still doesn't help. The following

non-ascii Unicode characters such as the Greek capital letter theta U+0398.
I can easily outout the data as serialized UTF-8 by using the default
encoding of UTF-8; however, my customer wants any non-ascii characters
output as numerically-entity encoded characters, e.g. Θ (where 920 is
the decimal equivalent for hexadecimal 398). If I use the Saxon processor

What is the best way for that?
I store all Data in the original form in the Database. To prevent output
fields (especially the fields everyone can use) to do bad things like
killing the page-design or even worse attacking my site with javascript
directives i use stuff like
(WebControls.Label)Output.Text = HttpUtility.HtmlEncode(userDefinedData);
and my own functions which allow Line-Breaks and handle links.
But that way seems not to be...

Ok, I am wondering how do I set the amount of characters per line that a richtextbox will have. I have a save dialog code and i want to set the characters to 64 characters then goto another line and save it like that. Right now when it saves a line of text, say 128 characters, it puts it all in 1 line. I would like it to split the line into two lines in the output .rtf file.
