O'Reilly book on Twisted

Most likely, you are already aware of this but, just in case...

O'Reilly is going to publish a nook on Twisted:

Does anybody know:

Is this book fully up to date with Twisted 2.0?

Does the book cover Nevow at all?

Does the book cover general programming concepts related to
concurrency? I'm reminded of those high quality articles about
Deferreds and event programming by one of the Twisted developers?

What is the relationship between the primary developers of Twisted and
the book?

Yes, according to an email from the author on the twisted-python mailing list
Does the book cover Nevow at all?

Doesn't look like it. More info here:

Looks like the primary developers will get a copy from the author, at
least. :)

Having a book is nice, of course, but I'd rather rely on the mailing list
and the sources. But I'd buy a book as well, and its cover gives it a +1 point.

Chapter 10 of the O'Reilly "Learning Python" book features the development of a CGI application for a fictional company, Joe's Toothpaste, Inc, at the fictional website "toftoot.com". That domain is not, in reality, currently registered to anyone. Grab it while it's hot. :-) Alan interested to see if anybody actually does :-)

Has anyone typed up an index for the O'Reilly book "C# and VB.NET Conversion?" I'm just learning C#, and often using this little book to see which VB.NET terms translate directly to some term in C#. However, it's a real hassle that the book has no index, just a table of contents. For example, as early as page 8, the book teaches that...
