hello everybody,
is there a way of creating an array with help of a function that would
accept the name of this array as a parameter and then create global
Array type variable of that name?
so that for example the following code would work as well in browsers as
under Windows Scripting Host:

I have a Class Library that contains a Form and several helper classes. A
thread gets created that performs processing of data behind the scenes and
the Form never gets displayed (it is for debug puposes only and is not
normally visable to the user.) The Thread function is actually in the Form
class.
Now.. What I am seeing is that when I create an instance of this Class
Library's Form, which starts the worker thread, it seems to hose up...

I am a postgres newbie.
I am trying to create a trigger that will put a copy of a record into a
backup table before update or delete. As I understand it, in order to do

I am using PostgreSQL 7.4 on RedHat 9, though I don't think that is important
to this problem.
I am attempting to write a rule that will check to see whether certain
conditions are right for a SELECT query and abort the query of those
connections are not right. In this case, I am trying to do additional
permissions enforcement. I have written a function to do the checking,

I've seen plenty of articles on this topic but none of them have been
able to solve my problem.
I am working with an Access 97 database on an NT4.0 machine, which has
many Access reports.
I want my users to be able to select a report, click on a command
button on a form, which will then automatically create the report as a
pdf file and save it to the user's machine.

I am trying to create multi-dimensioned arrays in conventional ASP pages and
pass these arrays as arguments to functions that are in a C# interop
assembly. ASP complains because it doesn't recognize that the created array
is the same as the declared interface argument.

I have Access 2003, and am trying to build a database for my small
company. I want to be able to create a word document based on the data
entered through a form. the real question is this: can Access create
the document and place it as an OLE object to the relevant table?
