pdx pug or pug domain owner

How do I contact the owner of http://pugs.postgres.org/pdx/ or
http://pugs.postgres.org/ ?

I'd like to talk to the pdx guy(s)/gal(s) about a speaker meeting.

Hi, I'm developing this simple ASP page that uses Request.ServerVariables("Logon_User"). To retrieve the users NT login. It seems to be working just fine when I have the page on my developer's machine. AS soon as I move it to the server it keeps prompting for a logon. I have anonymous access turned off, and windows authentication turned on. Is there anything else I need to do?

I currently have a SSL domain where the SSL cert is applied to the whole FQDN. So, the whole domain is https://***. Also, we have another domain that does not have SSL. Using ASP, vbscript, and html, I'm linking certain logos and pdf files from the unsecured domain to the secured domain. The problem is that when a user logs in the secured site and goes to that specific page that has the logo that is pulled from http://***, the...

Question: Is there any way to pry a domain loose that is still registered for a couple of years if you know that the owner listed in the registration is deceased, the company no longer exists, and all the contact information is incorrect (as in, the phones belong to new companies, the hosting arrangement is defunct, etc). My initial thought is that it just has to run to the end of the registration period (2 years more) and you have to...

We are attempting to use impersonation to connect from our ASP.NET website to a SQL Server on the same domain. The code below works just fine in our web.config file: <identity impersonate="true" userName="mydomain\mylogin" password="whatever"> However, if we attempt to impersonate the user that currently is logged in to the client computer using ...

I have a feature that is hosted on a different domain from the primary one in a frame, and need to retain values in a cookie. example: A web page at one.com contains a frame which has a page hosted at two.com If I view the frameset from one.com in Firefox, all works well with the content from two.com. But if trying to view this using IE (with standard security settings), the cookie set by two.com is not accessible.

While I agree with the sentiment, the oringinal title on this thread ("OT: Specially for , why you should always use example.com for obfuscating domains") is wrong. There are other reserved domain names besides example.com. The search for reserved domain names should start with RFC 2606 ( http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2606.html ) which defines; *.test *.example

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
