Hello.
I need to be able to extract the data from the attached file (or any file in
the same format) so that I can work with the data in PHP. I'm fairly
comfortable with using PHP with databases, arrays, etc. but have not worked
with binary data files.

solaris/linux admins/rookie_developers that battle with this error are
probably all frustrated when it happens. i bet you're also somehow
frustrated by this seemingly unsolvable error :-) ...take it easy,
it'll go away once u've learned how to play around with a few things
on your system and reorganised. i'm particulary a solaris junkie, but
linux is my admiration. the issue here is Not the OS/Software, but
rather the concept. first of all...

My Website works pretty good, except when it remains some minutes open
without that any click will be made. For example, I'm in breweries.php
(a subpage from index.php) and I make nothing except perhaps scrolling.
After around 5 minutes I want to go back to the previous page or to the
following and I receive the following message:
Warning: main(lang..inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or

Hi,
A few days ago i've installed PostgreSQL 7.4.1
After the installation, Postgres was very fast.
But now, a few days later, it getting slower and slower.
I've looked in the data-dir and i was confused when i see the big
size from that directory.
A dump (created with pg_dump) is about 1MB.

We're developing a java app and are using postgres as the database. On
our dev server I started the app, closed it, but the java process was
still open so I killed it, which caused the above error. I've had to do
this in the past but have not had this happen before. I've searched the
archives and found a message/reply from Andrew Sullivan about this which
implies that it may be more a file system problem. We're using
postgresql 7.4.1 on a...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
