Enabling sockets

I'm running windows.

My php.info contains the following

But how do I add the enable socket directive?

I uncommented the socket extension line in php.inf, to no avail.

I am curious. I have PHP 5.20DevRC4, Apache2 and MySQl running on
Windoze XP SP 2. I can not find any php.inf file.
