forgive my ignorance, as I'm new to php coming from a ms background...
If I create a page named redirect.php and it's only content is:
<?php
header("Location: http://www.google.com");
?>
Should it not redirect to www.google.com? I can't get the header()
function to redirect.
I'm trying to take an online reservation... the customer fills out

Hi All,
I need a button on my form that opens a new window.
I put in a submit button but it always returns to my first page.
And then my first page is empty.
What button do I need to go to another page (weapon_related)?
This is what I use at the moment:

Hi,
I have an index.aspx page which includes top.aspx,
left.aspx, main.aspx and bottom.aspx.
In the left.aspx, there is a login web control -
login.ascx. It keeps session of username and role after
successful login and shows welcome user message and his
shopping cart link.

I've got a page that does a search... There is an ImageButton on it that
allows the user to reset the search.
The Click Handler for the button clears out the Data and then redirects to
the same page with Response.Redirect("Search.Aspx", true);
Sometimes the code in Page_Load within the IsPostBack part of the if
statement runs and sometimes it doesn't. IN other words, sometimes
IsPostBack is true and sometimes it is not!

What I am trying to do is as follows.
I have a page with 3 links,that direct the user to 3 different pages when selected after login.
So all link selections will first direct the user to a login page. Once the user logs in then they are directed to the appropriate link.
So for all 3 links they all go to a login page, but each link must pass information to the login in page, specifically the page to go to after login takes place.

Hi all
When I start a new thread that tries to call:
HttpContext.Current.Response.Redirect()
It fails as Current returns null, is there anyway to access the current
httpcontext from within a new thread?
Thanks

I help manage a large web site, one that has over
600 html pages... It's a reference site for ham radio
folks and as an example, one page indexes over
1.8 gb of on-line PDF documents.
The site is structured as an upside-down tree, and
(if I remember correctly) never more than 4 levels.
The site basically grew (like the creeping black blob) ...
all the pages were created in Notepad over the last

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
