I want to develope a Winboard like application which will support
Winboard protocol. For that I require to know how to handle piping in
Python. I seperated out module popen2, but when I use
fileObject.readline() then it halts the program if the sub-process is
waiting for user input; will executing the readline() part in a seperate
thread be helpful? My target platform is Windows.

Hello. I'm not a Web developer, just a user, and I think I may have
somehow messed myself up majorly. I'm not quite sure how. Right now,
javascript used by websites I go to either does not work at all, or
works sporadically. I'm talking about things like Hotmail, Yahoo Address
Book, buttons on various sites, etc.. I'm a computer person, but not a
Web OR Javascript person.

In my Windows app, I'm running a batch process that's composed of a FOR loop
that'll run 15,000 times (datatable row count), copy cthe data of each
row -3 fields- to a struct, and send the strct to an external method (using
DLLImport). The problem is that the processing speed is very inconsistent-

I have been trying to run this program called mysqlbinlog.exe from my
main c# application using the Process class(See example below). The way
that mysqlbinlog functions is to read the first file in the command
line and pipe the results to the second file.
This works fine when actually run from a command window on XP, but when
I try to execute mysqlbinlog from the process class, mysqlbinlog runs
but does not pipe the result to the second...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
