I am a begginner with ASP.
Can someone help me fix this?
I am trying to display order tracking links from a DB table.
If there is a tracking link listed for a company it should display
"Track Now" as a hyperlink. If there is no order tracking link listed
it displays: "No Address".
The link displays fine if I just use:
<a href="<%=rs.Fields.Item("Order_Tracking").Value%>"><%=rs.Fields.Item("Order_Tracking").Value%></a>

I'm using document.referrer method for tracking visits on my site. But it
seems that, when someone finds my site with google, this method returns
only:
"google.com/search?q=xxxxx" (good)
or
"google.com/search?hl=en" (bad)
or
"google.com/search?sourceid=navclient" (bad)
That meens, it returns only first parameter sent to google. "hl" defines

Mike,
I have databse that creates a "tracking number" based on the selections made on the form via concatenating. At the end of the tracking number, I need a two digit (01-99) sequence number by product group for each customer. Hpw do I do this without creating a table for each customer and each product group with autonumbers. For example based on the entries in this sample, the desired result would be:
Customer Business Unit Tracking...

Hi all,
I'm stuck on a query and I'm hoping that one of you can give me a boost
in the right direction.
I have one table that has a list of categories. Each category has a
unique number and a description. I have a second table that assigns
category numbers to tracking numbers. A tracking number can have
multiple categories assigned to it.

I'm tracking usersOnline by adding this code below in my Global.asax
file.But i noticed that when a user logs in it keeps adding a new user
which thats fine..but when a user logs of it still retains the
user(session) for sometime instead of reducing it by one!
I'm thinking of maybe i should change something in IIS relating to
Session?
Any ideas..

We've created a robust client server application over the past 3 years
on the .NET framework version 1.1 using c#. We layed all of our
marbles in creating strongly typed datasets and for the most part we
are extremely happy we did that.
However, there's an incredibly huge bug (in my opinion) that has cost
us probably on the order of at least 40 hours of development time in
tracking down this bug and doing several small scale re-writes. ...

In my data access layer, I have permissions on each method similar to:
<PrincipalPermission(SecurityAction.Demand, Authenticated:=True,
Role:="modifyProspects")_
Public Overrides Function AddTracking(someVars...ect...) As Integer
End Function
During conversion to a new database some records may not have information
associated with them and thus a table cannot be created for this tracking

So I figured out that if you use this html:
http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processInputRequest?sort_by=status&tracknums_displayed=1&TypeOfInquiryNumber=T&loc=en_US&InquiryNumber1=<TRACKING NUMBER HERE>&track.x=0&track.y=0
it will link you directly to the UPS tracking page for the specified tracking number.
I think it would be really cool to be able to click a tracking number record in a table and have it take you directly to the...

I've added 2 tracking services to the wf runtime; one is the standard
SqlTrackingService:
trackingService = new
SqlTrackingService(<trackingConnectionString>);
<workflow Runtime>.AddService(trackingService);
trackingService.IsTransactional = false;
trackingService.UseDefaultProfile = true;
This works just fine.

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
