A while ago I found a mysql/php/webserver bundle of software for windows
that installed all three at once and made it easy to start developing
sql/php web apps. Now I can't remember what it was or where to get it,
and wondered if anyone here can suggest anything along those lines?
thanks

oops, found it! I was thinking of PHPtriad: http://sourceforge.net/projects/phptriad

There is also an excellent package that comes as www.rar or www.zip as well
as a package which utilizes BRS WebWeaver as a web server. I finally got
fed up with Apache and went back to WebWeaver. I'm currently running a half
dozen CMS sites built on myphpnuke, an Angeline CMS based site, plus a few
made from scratch sites.

complete instructions on how to make Apache (with mod_perl and ssl), Perl,
PHP and mySQL running on your windows system (95 thru XP [not info on ME
yet]) with *anything* in the registry or windows directory. (95/98 needs the
mySQL ini in the windows folder).
And for those interested in UNIX tools for windows, hit me offline, I've got
file, pointers and instructions on those as well.

what do you mean by www.rar? www.zip?
as well as a package which utilizes BRS WebWeaver as a web server.
What is this package called? Is it 'webweaver' which you mention below this:

Can you please not top-post, as it is very confusing! Much more readable if you
write your reply below the text you are replying to.

I thought that I'd try php / mysql on windows 2000. I am running php

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in ...
The documentation is unclear to me. It says that mysql support is now
built in, but it doesn't work. Google searches say that it's not (yet)
built in as of a year ago. Some say that you need to compile it

Hi all,
I'm having great problems trying to install the latest MySQl RPM
package onto my Red Hat Linux OS.
There is already MySQL v 3.0 pre-installed with the RH Linux

working on it. So I have now dopwnloaded the latest version hoping
that this will fix the error.
I have managed to install the MySQL-shared-compat-4.0.1-0.i386.rpm but

I have been tasked with copying data from our SQL Server to a local
MySQL (windows).
About 75 tables are involved. The data arrive in SQL Server at
irregular cadences.
Some every 1/2 second, some every 1 minute, etc. Each row is a time
value and several
other values associated with that time such as flux or counts.
I created a DTS package that uses the "Transform Data Task" to push data
to "Other Connection".

Dear all,
Please help~~
I have a problem in connecting my new FC5 webserver (apache 2.2 + php 5.1.4)
to a few database servers through the PHP scripts (RH9, FC2, FC3). I have
set host privileges correctly for the database servers. It seems that after
I migrated the php files (originally in each database server) to the
centralised FC5 webserver, it failed to work. Is it because of the PHP5 is
compiled with MySQL version 4 +? Since...

Hi,
I am several years removed from PHP (different career path) so I've
lost touch with some of the innovations. I was wondering if anyone has
put together a simple windows binary that includes MySQL + PHP and a
webserver?
Basically, I want an easy way to distribute a PHP and MySQL application
to another non-technical windows user and don't have the luxury of a
server sitting somewhere. Basically, I'd like them to be able to click

I have decided to create a browser based Php application for a

that if he can not get online, he can not use the application. So, as a
backup, I want to find the easiest (simplest) way for him to be able to

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
