I have a page and a sponsor. Every time a user click on a banner from our
sponsor their webpage is opened. I'd like to reward these users, but how to
check who clicked on a banner. I can't do anything on sponsor's webpage?

Hi,
I am creating a list of phone numbers, and would like to have a feature
similar to the address book in OS X - that is, when you click on a phone
number, a semitranclusent, large banner appears with the phone number in
LARGE types. When it is clicked on, it should disappear again.
Is this possible to mimick with CSS and z-index? I think I have seen
this somewhere, but cannot recall where... Anyone able to point me in

here's the situation: I have a banner on a third party page that, if
you click on it, links to another third party page. I cannot install a
counter on that thirdparty page.
Is there any service that will allow me to count how many times someone
has clicked on my banner, by inclusion of some code and a service that

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
