I have been using phplib for a while and I really like the framework
except for form creation. Maybe it is me but I in my opinion there
isn't a good way to create forms or should I say, everything else is
so well done that the way you create forms seems to be too cumbersome,
in particular making it so that a pull down menu selects a value that
you assign it.
In any case, does anyone know of any php based (or other readily
accepted web...

Can i update a MySQL database with just copy the files MYI MYD and FRM
in the right dir? I know this work. The question is how MySQL manage
the user that are usig that database in that moment. Can i close all
the connection to that database? How can i tell MySQL deamon that
don´t use that database any more?

like to write it out into the app dir (or a app sub-dir) and send the
appropriate virtual path to the client. This makes deploying my dll much
easier - just a single dll, not having to worry about deploying script
files.

I am using a form to enter data and I want to be able to add line breaks within a single field
<shift><enter> or <control><enter> puts them into the form field and they seem to be stored in the MySQL database I write to. (They are visisble when the field is browsed using phpMyAdmin)
Howvever, when I write the field back to the screen

This is an issue that happens to me and everybody else I know and I've never
found a way around it.
In Visual Studio (currently using 2003 but the same has happened for me in
2005 and 2008 as well)
If I put a breakpoint in a .js file, the debugger picks it up and breaks

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
