Greetings,
I'm trying to send data to my server using xmlhttp POST. The data being
sent is actually an HTML page that is built with javascript in the
browser. The HTML code contains a small javascript function in the
<HEAD> section. I applied encodeURIComponent to the data prior to
sending it but anything between the <script> </script> tags does not
get sent. The tramsmitted data is cought by a Perl script on the

I want my users to send emails from a Windows app that I am developing in
Visual Basic.NET 2003. I found a good example of sending email to a SMTP
server using the SmtpMail class. However, using this, it seems, that the
user must install IIS on their computer. Isn't there a class that will
detect whatever mail server is available on a computer and use that? How do
I create this functionality without having the user add any other...

Hy!
I have htmleditor (from the microsoft's samples page) embeded into my
asp.net page.
Editor generates some html code inside <div id="oDiv"></div> tags. And what
I would like to do is return oDiv.InnerHtml to my "codebehind" (C#) where I
would do additional tasks on it.
If I do postback the oDiv content is lost.
Can anyone help me how to send those data back to codebehind?

Hi,
I am trying to construct a WSE 2.0 security SOAP request in VBScript on an
HTML page to send off to a webservice. I think I've almost got it but I'm
having an issue generating the nonce value for the UserName token. Is it
possilbe at all to do this from VBScript (or jscript?)? I know I will be
limited with what I can do with the SOAP message. Eg/ can't sign/encrypt it
etc.
Thanks,

responses; does anyone see anything wrong with it?:
function isFormVarExcluded(thisForm, strToCheck)
{
var strExcludeVars = thisForm.elements.value;
var arrExcludeVars = strExcludeVars.split(",");
for (var j=0; j<arrExcludeVars.length; j++)
{
if (arrExcludeVars == strToCheck) return true;

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
