Sending a String from php script to separate app

I have a very simple mysql/php script that is being used to store
program keys in a db for multiple users. I would like to add the
ability to send these string values to another application. In doing
some research it looks like the VB function SendKeys is what I would
like to be able to do using PHP. Simply copy and pasting these values
will not work, because the string is 20 + characters long, and the
applications where these strings are being pasted into break these
strings into 4 or more separate entry blanks. Therefore, only pasting
the first 5-6 characters.

In order for this to work correctly, I need to somehow make the
application think the string to be copied is being typed in, or if
there is some way to emulate tab spacing in the copied string.

Any ideas?

Sorry, you can't emulate keyboard input in PHP. And if the copied string had
tabs, they would be handled as tab characters within the window, not as commands
to switch to another window.

If this is on Windows, you may be able to do it with an ActiveX control. But
there's no way to do it natively in PHP.

Hi, I am trying to construct a WSE 2.0 security SOAP request in VBScript on an HTML page to send off to a webservice. I think I've almost got it but I'm having an issue generating the nonce value for the UserName token. Is it possilbe at all to do this from VBScript (or jscript?)? I know I will be limited with what I can do with the SOAP message. Eg/ can't sign/encrypt it etc. Thanks,

Say I wrote an ajax script to send out HTTP requests via ajax. Any cookies that I have associated with that site will be sent along with this HTTP request. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I tried the following to no avail: http.setRequestHeader('Cookie','');

Also, in the same scenario, I'm having trouble writing to the server's event log. Here's some details: Server and workstation both in the same workgroup Logged into server as local Administrator Logged into workstation as a local user that is only in the Users group on

I have a pair of programs which trade python data back and forth by pickling up lists of objects on one side (using pickle.HIGHEST_PROTOCOL), and sending that data over a TCP socket connection to the receiver, who unpickles the data and uses it. So far this has been working fine, but I now need a way of separating multiple chunks of pickled binary data in the stream being sent back and forth. Questions:

Hi, I have been working on a script that loops through multiple records and sends data (one record per call) to a WS. I am supposed to make a new call for each record before sending the data. The problem I have is the first record gets processed fine where as the second record always; reason being the EAI expects it to be a seperate call Though I am creating/reseting a new service everytime within the foreach loop the data seems to be...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
