Hi,

What is excactly not working right now?

What kind of script do you want?

Here is one:

<select name="age">
<?
for ($i=1;$i<100;$i ++){
?>
<OPTION value="<?= $i ?>"><?= $i ?>
<?
}
?>
</select>

Does that help?

Aha, I think I know what you mean now: You want a selectbox where the user
can select MULTIPLE values?

Just add the word MULTIPLE to the select, like this:

<select name="age[]" MULTIPLE>

Also, if you want a PHP-script to receive the values, change the name of the
element in something that ends with [], like I did with age.

If you want to retrieve the values in your php-script, get them like this:

$receivedage = $_POST["age"];

Now $receivedage contains an array (containing 0,1, or more elements)
Regards,

<select name="age">
<?
for ($i=1;$i<100;$i ++){
?>
<OPTION value="<?= $i ?>"><?= $i ?>
<?
}
?>
</select>

Does that help?

I have a page that uses an in-place editable DataGrid that supports sorting and paging. EnableViewState is turned ON. At the top of the page are several search fields that allow the user to filter the results in the grid. Say you filter the grid for records that have a certain condition set to "NO" (in this case a checkbox). In this scenario the search returns one result. If I then check the checkbox ("YES") and save it, I now get my message...

Hi There! I have a Server-side Drop-down box in ASP.NET (VB) page. What do I do to widen the Drop down box's Pull-Down list's width? I'm not talking about the Drop-down box's width but the box that appear when user clicks the drop-down arrow button. Because items in the Drop down list are a little long, user can't see the full thing when they pull down the items from the drop down list.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
