What is wrong with the following code? I have set allow all cookies on for
my browser. Why does this always redirect to NoCookies.htm?
Please see code below (both of the logic constructs below always redirect to
NoCookies.htm)

setcookie ("thisisthename ","Cookie_test" ,time()+86400,"/");
if (!isset ($cookie)) {
//echo "We could not find the cookie, it may have expired?";
Header("locatio n: NoCookies.htm") ; ////// Redirect if all is
successful!!!
exit;
}
if (!isset($_cooki e['thisisthename']))
{
//echo "We could not find the cookie, it may have expired?";
Header("locatio n: NoCookies.htm") ; ////// Redirect if all is
successful!!!

Hi there!
I have a big Problem with some Javascript:
On a website, i want to paste some "confirm", if the
visitor's browserlanguage is not "de".
when he confirm, he'll be redirected to the english-translation of
this page.
to store this information, because it's ugly to ask on every single
visit, if he want to switch to the translation.

set into a cookie. In the logout page, I want to delete those cookies. I
tried this and this is not working at all:
if (Request.Cookies != null

{
Response.Cookies.Value = null;

I know that when you start a session in PHP, the "cookie" it creates is
not the same as those that are stored in your browser's temp folder, and
instead is kept in RAM. I am confused because in every session tutorial
I have ever read, the author invariably mentions the 2 main ways of
propagating sessions - through cookies and appended to the URL. The
author also almost always talks about the method being dependent on the
user's...

"CreatePersistentCookie" to true in "FormsAuthentication.SetAuthCookie" I'm
being logged out after the specifed timeout provided in "forms"
element of web.config.
I read somewhere that lifetime of persistent cookies depend on the timeout

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...
