Sort of Bugzilla in PHP/PostgreSQL?

I've now become a HUGE fan of PHP and PostgreSQL on Red Hat 9. We're
moving everything we can to it as fast as humanly possible in the next
2 years. Some other things we do are moving to Progress/Webspeed on
Linux and AIX.

Do you know of anyone out on the web who has made a kind of
Bugzilla-knockoff (even primitive) and has implemented it in
PHP/PostgreSQL? (Bugzilla is user-friendly and was written in Perl.
It's also quickly becoming the industry standard among non-MS
programming circles.)

Can you show me a website demo? If I get to see some of these, I might
be able to convince my boss to purchase a copy to install here and
then customize for our environment. (Can't promise this, however.)

I would code this myself, but I have been so under the gun to get so
many other projects out the door. (Heck, I might even need to fly in a
temp PHP programmer to come in and help me with all this other stuff I
need to build, but again -- I can't promise anything.)

So, if you're a PHP entrepreneur, get cracking! :)

Stick 'bug' and 'php' into search on freshmeat.net and lots pop up.

If you have time to look at these any recommendations would be welcome.
I have three box files full of bits of paper to contend with at the
moment (legacy system).

Hello, I am not sure if this problem is due to Bugzilla or MySQL... But, some MySQL gurus here may be able to confirm if this is proper behavior of MySQL. Setup: Host A: RedHat 7.1, Bugzilla 2.14 Host B: RedHat 7.3, MySQL 4.0.12 (default config)

when updating bugzilla, what happens to the data of the previous tables in the Database since the structure of DB in bugzilla 2.18 has changed?? Do I loos my Data or makes the checksetup.pl an update on my tables? If so, what values are in there? I can't make "try and error", because loosing my Data would be terrible. Is there any manual or description which describe the process?? Thanx for any Hint given. Lutz

I am trying to write new GM script after couple of months of not working with Firefox at all, and I am hitting the wall even with the simplest preliminary steps to it. What I would like to achieve is to add key shortcut for setting status of the bug to NEEDINFO and information required from the reporter (which is like 75 % of bugs I manage). For that I would like to add new <Aelement to the end of the bottom button bar (see e.g....

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
