Hello folks.
OK so heres my problem: I have a game server running on my box. As with all online games you can come across some real jerks that need to be banned. So I was thinking that I can use iptables to accomplish this. However, when testing this nothing seems to work. I am using VMware to do this, the virtual host being an XP box. It is connected as bridged. This gives the VM the IP of 192.168.2.104.

Before, i run the squid in my system, the CPU is almost idle but as soon a run the squid, the CPU consumes 99% of the system. so i don't understand the problem. i have even rotated the squid logs.
