Hi sir hope you could help me in my siple prob.
im try to run a program i installed in an admin account (cyber cafe) in other user
(guest) and it said put cyber cafe in a service to use in a non admin account.
i would like to know how to put it in a non admin service

Oh, then you need to log into the device you want that on as the 'Administrator' user, just like the error said.
The problem is that the program you are attemptinmg to install is asking the OS for system files that are owned by the Administrator, so when you are a regular user, you are not allowed access to these files as it is a security risk.

is there a way that i can install this program that all user can use, even the guest?
coz i dont want to give my people an administrator access. i dont want them to install any program and get some file from other pc.

Just because the program needs administrator privileges does not mean that it will allow your clients to run as admin. I would run through the install on a 'test' computer, and see if there is an option in the install for "allow all users."
