How to dynamically Bind Event Handlers at Runtime in asp.net control.

3 New Member
At runtime I am binding value of a grid view.First & last columns are template column .Inside first column I have taken a Dropdownlist and last column I have text box.Remember everything I am doing at runtime.Textbox is disabled by default. Now I want to make text box enable on dropdownlist's on select change.
But DropDownLists SelectedIndexChanged is not fired.I think I have to add event handler for DropDownList. Please help.
Regards,
Payodhi.

Please try the following...

In Item_created event of the datagrid you can find the dropdown list and associate the selected index change event to that dropdown...

If my understanding is wrong, then let me know in detail what the problem is.
