What happened to Lippman's C++/CLI book?

_DS
After waiting for Stan Lippman's book on C++/CLI forever,
(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/032...qid=1137406793)
it seems to have dropped off the planet. Was publication canceled?

I know Stephen Fraser's book just came out. Any others?

I don't know anyone, including me, who has gotten Stan's book yet so I'm
guessing it was just delayed. I haven't heard anything about it being
canceled. I read his blog on occasion and I haven't heard mention of him
"not" doing it.
