I have created a program that opens a file and counts words, characters,
sentences, etc. I have not used the open file dialog control found in the VB
..NET 2003 toolbox. I instead have used Open.ShowDialog(). What I want to do
is filter the open file so that only text files (*.txt) can be opened.

I am using VB.NET 2003, SQL 2000, and SqlDataReader.
As I read data from tblA, I want to populate tblB. I use SQLDataReader for
both tables. I do not use thread.
When I ExecuteReader on tblB, I get the error "There is already an open
DataReader associated with this Connection which must be closed first."
How can I fix this error ?
For each DataReader, do I want to open and close the connection (in this
case adoCon) to avoid this error ?...

Hi,
Using Process class I asynchronously launch an executable (black box
executable) file from my Windows application. I mean asynchronously
because I've got an EventHandler for "Exited" event. Therefore, when
process finishes, "Exited" event is raised.
This executable writes a long file for over 1-5 minutes, and I, from
my application must read that file while is being generated.
