I need to generate HTML files based on the some codes. One HTML file per

I'm looking for a small and light file structure for my app.
I need to store a bunch of small streams. It is always like key - data.
I need to be able to get, add, delete and update these streams. I also
should be able to iterate through the entire table.

Hi,
Im wondering if anyone can help me with a problem.
I have a form with more than 50 unbound fields.
Some of the fields will be blank from time to time.
This seems to be where im having trouble.
I have tried keeping some of the fields bound and when I use the save button
it has been saving as 2 different records. This is unacceptable.
This is what I have, can anyone help me out with this?

I have to make a event signup page for our company that would display
the event time/date in 3 different time zones (Eastern - New York,
Central - Chicago, and Pacific - San Francisco). To do this. I convert
the inputed date from local time zone and convert it into UTC and store
it in the database (correct me if I'm wrong please). Next to display it
I would add the correct time zone difference value (-5 for Eastern).

I want to write a cookie that will hold purchase information. The name of this cookie will be a julian date/time. How do I go about retrieving all the cookies within a certain time period?
Example: cookie names, 7236, 7210, 7111. Is there a way to retrieve these 3 cookies when others exist that have characters for names?
