Hi all,
I have noticed that the background color of an XML document cannot be
set properly using CSS (that is, you cannot define styles for the BODY
element of an XHTML document).
I have an example of this:
www.houseofnerds.com/mathml_test.xml
Because I am trying to display MathML embedded in the page, I need to

We have tentatively agreed with a supplier to exchange order
information. The plan is to use an 'industry standard' order schema
definition from say www.xcbl.org.
Is there are simple way to use ADO.NET in this scenario.
Ideally (naively) I would like to do something along these lines :
1. Create a SQLServer stored proc that returns a dataset (or similar)
containing the order details such as :

Hello,
I am wondering, what is the standard for including decimal numbers in
XML code? What determines what is the decimal delimiter and what can
be the grouping symbol?
I have just realized that Microsoft's parser decides that based on the
regional settings, invalidating most numbers sent in XML
internationally. Is this a bug or is it correct behaviour, based on
infsufficient information?

Hey All,
I've been searching for a code snippet, not a 3rd party tool, that takes a
..csv file and transforms it to an .xml file based upon an .xsd.
Can anyone point me in the right direction or provide a code snippet?
I would prefer vb.net but C# is fine too or even pseudo code with
appropriate .Net objects and example.

Hello, I have this non-standard XML file that I have to manually sort thru
each day and verify whether various jobs finish successfully or not.
This file isn't a real XML file, so I cannot appear to read it using XML
classes.
I was wondernig if this is something I can/should read into memory using
StreamReader class and then somehow create an XML file in memory with the
outter tags???

Hi all,
I used simplexml_load_file function to parse all my xml feeds,
and found it to be the easiest option available. But, i recently
signed up for a feed which sends the xml file without the first
mandatory line, i.e, <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>....
I learned that simplexml_ does not parse without the above
line, is this true, if yes, is there a way to add the above line once
retrieving the contents and passing it to...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
