At work we have an excel file that contains the list of medications and
their corresponding strengths. I would like to save the excel file as a
text list and paste this list into a javascript function and have JS put
this into an array. Then JS would use this array to create a selection
list which displays only the names of the drugs. When the user
selections one of the drugs, another selection list will be loaded with
the avaiable...

I have an ASP group calendar application which pulls calendar data from
Exchange via webdav into an XML string. I then loop the XML nodes to
populate a collection of appointments. Finally I use the appointment
collection to populate the calendar control. The performance getting the
XML data is fine, but loading the data into the collection is slow. My
question/problem is should I be using the collection, a dataset, or
something else to...

Dear Great Experts,
I have a problem and need your help!
We have a Flat DLL built in C++ (CCC), and on top of it, we built another
DLL built in C# (SSS), which has .Net Assembly. CCC was imported into SSS.
Now we build applications using SSS as a reference, and we found some
problems exist in CCC.
From our applicatyion, We can Debug into SSS, but cannot go further into CCC.

I wrote an ASP.NET application and pretty much separated out various layers
of functionality into individual class files (e.g., dal.cs for all db
access). It's currently all in one VS.NET project and gets compiled into one
dll. I want to re-use some of the classes in other projects - so what all do
I need to do to get these classes into their own dll? I presume that they
will go into their own VS.NET project - but I've held off on doing...

In an ASCX, I have a Literal control into which I inject a
at runtime.
litInjectedContent.Text = dataClass.GetHTMLSnippetFromDB(someID);
This works great as long as the contains just client-side
HTML, CSS, etc.
What I want to do is somehow insert a *server control* into the , then set the server control's properties at runtime.

// A big 7 and three-quarters size "Hello" to all C++ programmers out there.
This here is the second program what I've

nice little poker patience program, poker
// patience being a patience game whereby 10 poker hands are placed on the
table in a 5x5 square. Try it if you like.
// It's not really a C++ program as such, more of a SLOGic program heh heh.
It writes...

Hi all, I'm getting unexpected results when trying to preload
assemblies into an AppDomain I'm creating. Upon creation of the
AppDomain - I attach an AssemblyResolve to both my current AppDomain
and the new AppDomain I create.
I copy all the assemblies/dlls into a new directory and then try
loading them all into the new AppDomain using the following:
private void LoadAssembliesFromDirectory(AppDomain appDomain, string
directory)

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
