Company thought DB2 will be better than Oracle.
The bottom line is when you do select, the system crash.
I think it may take 4-5 years for DB2 to reach Oracle standard.

Hi all,
I will deploy a database project to an Oracle server, but I could not
figure out which version of Oracle should I get. Here is my configuration:
Hardware:
Dell 1750 Dual Xeon 3.2Ghz, 2GB Ram, 3x36GB Hdd on Raid 5
Operating System: Redhat Linux 9
I will deploy only 1 database for the application. Only 1 DBA will use the
Oracle server when necessary. When the database once deployed, Only 1

Does IBM publish a complete list of features
(of Oracle) which the IBM migration toolkit
does *not* convert? The docs seem rather vague.
For example:
1. What support for the oracle object-relational features
(objects and member procedures etc).
2. any support for removing substitutable parameters
in DDL (in sqlplus scripts) like "&&1". or &&1.. etc.

I would like to be able to subscribe to an Oracle queue using C# within
Biztalk and dequeue data. I saw a post on the codeproject website (AQLib)
but when I attempted to download the code sample it asked me to log in. I'd
rather not but will if I must.
