I'm trying to add some simple padding to an IMG by using a padding-right
style, but it doesn't work in IE. Works fine in Mozilla and Opera, though.
Here's a link to a page which displays this IE problem:
http://home.comcast.net/~delerious1/index12.html
I do know that I can solve the problem in IE by changing padding-right to
margin-right, but then the links cannot be clicked when the mouse is over that
margin area. So I would...

Suppose we have an object hierarchy in XSD.
For example, let us take Control, Label, TextBox and LinkLabel windows
controls.
Each control has some properties which are represented as elements.
Some of the elements are of complex types as well, like bounds - of type
rectangle.
(See full example in the bottom of the letter.)
DataSet.ReadXMLSchema fails to parse such XSD file.
The problem is caused by complex type as an element of the...

I'm finding this to be extremely difficult to set up. I understand
that Access won't manage the primary key and the cascade updates for a
table. Fine. I tried changing the PK type to number and setting
default value to a UDF that manages the auto-numbering. Access won't
take a UDF as a default value. Okay, I'll use SQL WITHOUT any
aggregate functions, for the default value. Access won't do that
either. Okay, I create a second...

I am learning Relax NG. The problem is that I cannot figure
out how to make a schema for a table.
In my case I would like to make a table with any name of child
elements (columns) but columns should have the same number of
child elements (cell). Say this file is valid
<table>
<column>
<cell/>
<cell/>
</column>

Hello all,
I have a very simple html table with collapsible rows and sorting
capabilities. The collapsible row is hidden with css rule
(display:none). When one clicks in the left of the expandable row, the
hidden row is made visible with css. The problem is when i sort the
rows, the hidden rows get sorted as well which i don't want and want
to be moved (while sorting) relative to their parent rows. The
following is my complete html code...

Hello,
Is it possible to create multiple foreign keys on a field in a table
from values in two separate tables where the field value can be from
one table OR the other?
For example, I have an Invoice table where the Customer field is
linked (foreign key) to the Customer table. As the application has
changed, I now want to introduce the concept of prospects by storing
them in a table dedicated to prospects only (no customers). I want...

This question is about DB2 table design and performance.
We are using DB2 UDB Enterprise 8.2 on Linux.
We have 6 tables in a parent-child (one-to-many) relationship with each other. Each child table having an FK up to its parent. This particular design is motivated by our domain model.
A -> B -> C -> D -> E -> F
There is some debate in our team about how best to accomplish this. Two approaches have been discussed.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
