I think this is the basic concept in ASP server-side development.
My boss told me web application is NOT client-server application. I argued
with him because browser is the client, and the server code put in server.
Then web application should be a client-server application. My understanding
is that a web application is an application that runs on a browser. But
client-server application is not necessary a web application.

I have created an application that uses IIS to host remote components. All
the remote components are listed in app.config in client and web.config in
server. Now the app.config can contain either localhost name/IP address to
point to
remote component like <wellknown type="XYZ, XYZ"
url="http://localhost:80/XYZ" />. Remoting configuration is done using
RemotingConfiguration.Configure("XYZ.exe.config") in application's main

hi all
I'm beginner in CORBA Server-Client application development.
My server- client application was worked well and i have tested it
too.
Due to some Network problem we have rebooted our dedicated server ,
then i restart my corba service, application in the server it started
running without any exception. when the client application tried to
connect with the server it go to wait_to_connect mode and gives
