So you are creating a new project and in the project type selection menu there is no silverlight control under the "my templates" section?

I would like to use a user control as a template inside a repeater. Some of the fields in the control should be hidden depending on whether or not there is data. I'm still a ASP .Net newbie so the way I'm going about doing this might be a little off. I'd appreciate some help. Below is the code I have thus far but I'm not sure how to reference the user control within the foreach loop. <asp:Panel ID="pnlRosterProfile" runat="Server" />

I've downloaded Blend and installed Silverlight as I saw the sample (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library//bb404300.aspx) on the msdn homepage. What am I missing here? When I open a new project I do not get the Silverlight scripting project offered to me. I am on an XP Pro SP2 with .NET 3.0 (in fact 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0) with VS.NET 2005. Obviously without this project template I cannot create the sample project to see how this...

I have a web site under .NET 2.0 that renders videos using the Silverlight media player. The <asp:MediaPlayercontrol only works on .NET 3.5, but I managed to get things working under .NET 2.0 by working with the javascript rather than the server control. The web page looks like this: <%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeBehind="video5.aspx.cs" Inherits="GalleryServerPro.Web.video5" %>

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
