Say you have three pages, a search page, a results/master, and a detail
page.
You choose parameters on your search page and submit the page.
The results show in the reults/master page.
You click one to go the details page.
You hit the browser button to go back and it shows the results/master page
but shows "Page has expired" error.
How can you prevent this? How can you show the results page whether you get

I'm hosting a web browser control (WBC) on a form in a vb.net winform
application.
When accessing an asp.net application that contains a signed applet from IE,
a java notification icon appears in the system tray and a popup appears
asking to accept certificates etc...
However, the same behaviour does not occur when accessing with the WBC.

Ok, so here's a problem you probably don't see every day:
We are building an application that must run in a browser, but we need to do
some things client-side that would be rather difficult to pull off with the
usual browser-side scripting (javascript etc).
It's been decided that this one, complicated function will be implemented by
hosting a Winform in the browser. Now, this winform contains an ActiveX
control (an HTML editor).

I have a situation where I have a Master form that contains a DataGridView.
Each row has a details... button that spawns a new winform which shows many
more fields than the DataGridView. The user can elect to update any of the
displayed information the problem is that if they do, even though the
database is updated, when the Detail form is closed the Datagrid is not

I would like to host a web browser component in a Winform. I have two
questions:
1). Is it possible to run an applet (if the URL pointed to has an applet
in it)?
2). Is it possible to change a property (for example) of the web
browser, so that it does not display the address (i.e. the URL that the
page was loaded from)?

Hello all,
We have a form that contains browser control on it. Into that control
we load some java applet that acts as an image viewer.
On the form load we load the list of documents each with it's own URL
that is pointing to the doc location.When you click on the item in the
list it loads the document from the url that this item points to.
Problem is that when java applet loads the first time it takes forever.

my web-application uses two frames, one with a list of database
records, one with a record detail view. From the detail view there is
"mark" function that will mark the respective record in the list frame
(with a special color).
Now this mark function is meant to toggle the mark status in the list
frame, i.e. switch it on with the first click and off with the second.
Problem is, the marking works, but the second click will not have...

I have a problem with a current project and the scroll position.
I have an AJAX enabled website using Visual Studio 2005 and ASP.Net 2.0.
The project also uses masterpages.
On the page in question, there is a search section in an AJAX update panel, situated on the left hand side. Upon submitting criteria and pressing a button, the results are displayed on the right hand side of the page.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
