I have a panel which is located in a AutoScroll-enabled panel. The
problem is when I click in the panel, the contining panel
automatically scrolls to position (0,0).
How can I get around this annoying behaviour?

I did alot of research on this on the web and msdn and I couldn't find
anything.
I have a listview showing as a grid (table looking, with rows and columns
and no images at all, only text). I get the information to display on the
listview from the network and I add items often and stuff.
But more than adding items, what worries me is the step of modifying items.

I'm a C# (but not programming in general) novice, but I couldn't find any

I'm trying to make a text scroll on the form. I thought this was a good
example to get started with the encapsulated GDI+ functions.
So, I essentially have a Timer that raises a Tick event every 100
milliseconds, in which the program takes care of redrawing. The code is as

Hi,
I have added a simple listbox in windows form under c# 2.0. It contains
a collection of approx 10 strings as list items. Now when i resize the
form whole listbox flickers.
Please tell me any feasible solution, i need to use a checked listbox
which also has same flickering problem on resize.

I have a class that's derived from a normal windows Form. I call it BaseContainer. It has a Panel and a built-in method to add another BaseContainer derivative inside that panel. I hoped that this would allow me to show different forms under that same parent form.

Hi all.
I have used modalpopup extender to popup a login from a panel. It is shown when a timer in the masterpage fires it's tick event. Everything is going ok. But each item a child page loaded the master page flickers by showing the panel i am using for the modal popup extender. I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
