I'm working on project that plays movies using Windows Media Player and
I'm controlling everything with JavaScript. Per the client I only need
to support IE 6 or greater which happens to make things a bit easier.
What I need to do is create a playlist and play it using JavaScript. I
keep on getting close but not close enough to play the dang files. Has
anyone done this before and can shed some light on what worked for them?

How do I get the beatuful Plus! Movie Maker transitions that I had on XP to
work with Vista version of Movie Maker. I'd hate to think I lost a product I
invested in beacuse I actually upgraded my OS! Any assistance helpful - all
other Plus! DME for XP work fine under Vista ... Thank you.

Please help...I'm trying to make a movie of different clips. I can add a set
of clips from one collection to the storyboard and it plays fine. Then I
will add another set of clips from another collection and the whole
storyboard will NOT play. It won't all play together even though it shows up
in the storyboard. WHAT DO I DO??????

The title is the question. what would be the best way to embed a video that was made in windows movie maker ive tried different formats .swf .avi .mpeg and ive tried embeding it, making it a link, object data, img dynsrc, and none of them seem to work two of them started to load another page but got half way and stoped. So if any 1 has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

Can't import music to movie maker. The tracks show in my music. But when I
try to import from my music, under the audio file extension, the folder shows
empty. When I click on "all files" the tracks appear, but won't import.

Hi everyone,
I am working on a project where I have .wmv files stored outside of
the server's www root, and want to serve them via a custom web
interface. It's all on windows, and is only intended to work locally
on the physical machine it runs on (don't ask, the customer is
king...).

I've found several different reponses here and on other sites saying that if
you get the message that "movie maker has stopped working" in vista that is
probably a compatibility issue and how to fix it. The problem is that I
can't get into it at all---I tried the safe mode thing issued by Microsoft
(meaning to open it in safe mode using a command prompt) but even then when I
try to open it in safe mode I still get the same error message...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
