Nope. The framework is royalty free and so are any
apps you build with visual studio .net.
In fact, many of your customers will already have
the correct version of the framework installed.
You are all set.

Hi,
I have an Question about to the license of the . NET Framework
redistributable package.
I develop software for a customer who wants to burn the Software with the
.
NET Framework redistributable on a CD and distribute this to the End User.
Do I need a license for that scenario? Which?
I have an Visual Studio Team Developer License and I am an member of MSDN.
Thanks
