I'm trying to read up on the rfc's that govern form inputs. Much of
what I'm reading is stuff I didn't know before and some of it is
alarming. This one left with me questions:

Is this (below) addressed to me as a web designer, or is this
addressed to the makers of web browsers? Identifying the type of file

I think the .NET framework is great!
It's nice, clean and logical; in contradiction to the old Microsoft.
It only saddens me that the new Microsoft still doesn't under stand there own rules when it comes to file paths.
A lot of Microsoft installers for example, and also installers of other companies, do not work because they handle paths in the following manner:

does anyone know where is the Website used in the MSDN "Lear ASP.NET 2.0

I think 'atan' can get the angle but it is not the four quadrant angle.
Is there any function that i can get the angle from -pi to pi? or I
have to use some if ... else?
I know in Matlab, we use 'atan2( )'
Also, is there any function to get the round value, similar with floor
and ceil, such like:
round(3.1) = 3
round(3.6) = 4

Hi, I found nsgmls, compiled it, but I can't figure out where I'm
supposed to put the catalog file.
Also the "pubtext" directory that contains the DTD and such files seem t
obe out of date (no HTML 4.01) so I found sgml-lib.tar.gz on the w3c
website, which has the newest fiels for HTML 4.01, XHTML and many more,
but how do I set this all up, it's really confusing me (and the irony is

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
