outlook express won't open

Help!!!!!! I click on my outlook express icon on the desktop or click on
START and then E-mail (outlook express) icon and it will either show my Inbox
for about 2 seconds or just go back to a blank screen..I can't get Outlook to
open from these usual places. (AAs I have for 5 years!)

have to go to the internet and find my local internet provider and then find
my e-mail there. Very discouraging as they don't have my address book, etc.
like Outlook does.
I get regular updates from microsoft, run spyware and anti-virus stuff, etc.

Running Widows XP.

Any ideas or help please!

Hi all, This is a repost of a message posted at october 6. The answer I got was about MapiMessages.AttachmentIndex. I think I need the MSMAPI32.OCX to use this. (I don't have this file on my PC) My newsaccount wasn't working anymore until yesterday, so I'll try again. Question is: I know it is possible to send email with Access, but can one also automate the attachments?

For about a month now, I have had trouble with Outlook Express. When logging in to Outlook Express, I get an error message stating that the connection to server has failed. My internet connection works (same server), but Outlook Express is unable to connect. If I restart the computer, Outlook Express will then be able to connect; so eventually I can use it but I must reboot every time. I have checked with my ISP and they say there is no...

I've been using Outlook 2000 on my XP machine forever but lately it's stopped working (Outlook has encountered an error and needs to close - Send Report). I've since made the switch to Outlook Express. Can someone please tell me how to Locate and Import my Outlook Folders and Address Book into Outlook Express? Thank you.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
