Hi all,
I have a masked text control that would return a date in string format via
the mask property like:
"9/23/2004"
and i have a calendar control that would pop up when I click a command
button, I know the masked text control always returns a valid date. How do I
code in the command click to highlight the correct date on calendar control?

I was looking through the older posts for a solution to this problem,
but I am still confused on how to fix my problem. There are two dates on
my form, one (txtInvDate) is entered by the user and has a validator
(reDate) attached for specific dates that can be entered. The second
date (txtRptDate) is another textbox that is filled with current date,

I am trying to get a UK format date of dd/mm/yyyy.
Why does the following subroutine not return a valid date in a web form?
The date returned is #12:00:00 AM# but the date I entered into the text box
was 24/06/2006.
The other solution I have tried is given by the following two lines that do
not compile because a value of date type cannot be converted to datetime:

Using VS2005 w/ simple aspx in VB.net
I have a simple databound textbox "LastMtgText" in a formview in the Insert
template.
All I want to do is make the default date of today when someone goes to
Insert template so they do not have to put in todays date. Here is my code,
what am I doing wrong? I know how to do this when not using Formview.

Hello!
I'm relative new to asp.net and I'm trying to figure out how i can
have a "auto fill" date in a textbox from a DetailsView in insertmode.
I know that with <%# Now %in Text='' I can put the Date in the
TextBox Field.
And I know that i can use <%# Bind="date" %to bind it to the date
part of the sql query.
But how can I make both with one textbox?
