Blue Screen of DEATH

Hey guys, i am having a problem with my pc.
It is running XP Home and is an advent.

Sometimes it does it when it starts up or some times jsut randomly.

Here is the error code:

0x0000003 0x82771bb8, 0x82771dc2, 0x805d1140

This error codes comes up in the blue screen of death! Then it forces me to
restart!

I think it is the hard disk because it mask a grinding, clicking noise just
before it occours!

Need help!
