hai every body,
i am working as a SAP Business one developper using vb.net as a 3ed party application language and sql 2000 as back end,

my problem is to calculate the value of a formula which is entered by the user in string form.
The parameters and operators are not a problem to me,
but if the formula is having any brackets within in it, then the actual value of the result varies how to solve this problem.(combin ation of brackets and operators is a big problem to me)
if formula is not having any brackets then my codes will work perfectly.
in the formula there will be minimum of six parameters and five operators.pleas e help me .
thank you

If first finds a natural logarithm, then converts it to a percentile. Even if I had to do it in two steps on the spreadsheet, I can't determine the calculations. *************************************************** Logarithm System The...

Greetings! I just got a new Peet Brothers Ultimeter 2100 Weather Station. This new one has a way to display the heat index, if you press the "dew point" key twice. Being aware of all the controversy surrounding the exact calculation of the heat index, I would like my own software (which I programmed in the 1990's, when I got their Ultimeter 2000 weather station, but that one didn't show heat index) to display it. Living in Florida,...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
