i need to deploy MDAC_typ.exe and dotnetfx.exe with an app.
i do NOT want the user to have to exit the app's setup and have to run these
2 programs on their own.
i would like to have my deployment (using the deployment package that comes

Yay!!! They fixed this for VS2005. You can now set the default
installation to be "Everyone" instead of "Just Me" and you can control
whether you even want those radio button installed in your Setup
program.

OK, VC# Express does not have the project deployment option.
So, if I want to distribute my app, I included dotnetfx.exe.
I tried to execute this using a program butr this didn't work so I just tried
executing dotnetfx.
The program chugs away for a while and then fails with error 25007, something to
do with initializing fusion (whatever that means).

Can I include sql 2005 express installation in a windows deployment
project? the windows app is using Visual studio 2003. I tried the
bootstrapper but there is no entry for sql express, only sql msde.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
