XSL FO Chapter reference in header or footer

Hi all,

I have a problem with XSL FO. I wrote a handbook for my application in
XML and formats it with xsl:fo (FOP) for PDF output. The handbook has
some chapters. I have to write the actual chapter heading (e.g.
Handbook - Chapter 1 HEADING_OF_CHAP TER_ONE) into the header or footer
to follow our styleguide. I use a template for the header like:

<xsl:template name="Header">
<fo:table table-layout="fixed">
<fo:table-column column-width="25.7cm"/>
<fo:table-body>
<fo:table-row>
<fo:table-cell>
<fo:block line-height="14pt" font-size="13pt"
font-weight="bold" text-align="center">
Handbook - Chapter
............... ............... ...........
</fo:block>
</fo:table-cell>
</fo:table-row>
</fo:table-body>
</fo:table>
</xsl:template>

I call it from the root like this:

<fo:static-content flow-name="xsl-region-after">
<xsl:call-template name="Header"/>
<fo:block text-align="center">
<fo:leader leader-pattern="rule" rule-thickness="1pt"
leader-length="25.7cm"/>
</fo:block>
</fo:static-content>

Anybody an idea how to fill the ............... .........?

Regards,

Matthias

Hi all, I've been teaching myself C# for a new project at work. I have a bit of a background in c++ and java but never been what you could call a guru. I'm having some strange things happening when I pass a class as a parameter to a Windows Form. Basically, I have a class that has several fields, two of these fields are an instance of an inner class, the rest are basic value types (bool's in this case). I have a windows form, the...

Thinking of creating a website, most of the pages will have a general toolbar menu, a content and a footer. The content will be the only one who's gonna change but the rest (header,footer) will remain the same. I am interested to know your opinions/suggestions in finding an easy way of doing it. In asp one could have something like this:

Hi, I use ASP.NET 2.0 and I created a stylesheet, but I don't know how to make it visible to a web form "MyWebPage.aspx" that uses the master page. I put a reference to the css in the .master but it's not visible to the newly created page. MyWebPage.aspx doesn't have a <head> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="mystyle.css" /> </head>structure.

L.S., I'm trying to make a layout which is completely fixed in width and height if needed by using three divs rows (header, content, footer) which have each 3 div again to be able to play around better with the webdesign. The problem is that I need the content div row to nudge up automatically to the header div row, independantly of the header height. The same goes for the footer/content div row.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
