I am having problems uninstalling/reinstalling VS.NET.
For some reason, Setup got confused and thinks that I have
a hard drive D: (probably from some out of date registry
entry I think) which it finds that a null is being
returned for the amount of space I have left.
It then issues the error: Setup has detected that there is
not enough space...
Here is what my setup log looks like when it blows up:

I thought I'd share this, since it cost me 2.5 days...
When running Visual Studio .NET 2003 as a Power User, if I pressed F1
for context-sensitive help, I either (consistently for particular
highlighted keyword) got the relevant help or else visual studio would
say "Please wait while Windows configures Visual Studio .NET Enterprise
Developer 2003 - English" then grind away for a while trying to load
something (unknown) from somewhere...

actually, i've broken all my web apps - I got a new pc and tried to rebuild
the applications but I am having no luck.
1) my debugger will not run - I get the unable to start debugging on the
web server. I've added everyone i can think of to the debuggers group, my
security looks good on the virtual directory in iis. What else could it be?
The app runs fine if I start without debugging. Please help.
2) how do I REBUILD my projects...

I have a weird problem with my VS 2005 Documentation. When I open the
help file through Start -Visual Studion 2005 ->Visual Studio 2005
Documentation, I get what appears to be the VS 2005 help. The title
bar shows 'Search - Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Documentation -
Microsoft Document Explorer'
However, if I select either Contents or Index, and click on the
Filtered by drop-down, every item listed is SQL Server...

I live in Canada and I would like to get a copy of Visual Studio .NET 2005. I looked on Amazon and they don't ship to here and
neither does Microsoft. I can't find any retailer that has VS .NET 2005. Am I looking in the wrong places or this product is just
not available outside the States?

I used Visual Studio 6 and I had made a simple program to access a SQL 2000 database, now I'm trying to do the same thing with Visual studio 20005, but.....nothing works.
I used to connect with ADODC to by database and on the Form was a TextBox
, a Button and a DataGrid. The user was writting in the TextBox and when he pressed th Button in the DataGrid was able to see the results

Right now I created a very basic page and created unit tests for it
