Hello.
I am a newbie to PHP. I am over halfway through my first book that
I'm learning with and have just created login pages etc.
I just wondered, if I am running php/mysql/apache locally, should I be
okay to turn register_globals on without any security issues?

it has been suggested that I rebuild problematic table - one in which
some corruption has occurred. I don't know which table is the problem,
so I would like to rebuild them all in a new database. I'm sure most
of you would cringe at the thought of having to do this manually for
most of your applications.

these command will prompt for a confirmation of yes or no from user.

I've read some different blogs and articles that talk about sending keyboard
input and mouse input.
I wanted to describe what I want to do and hopefully someone here can tell
me if it's possible or if I will be wasting my time.

Hello Everyone.
I read about this way to add a reference to VB project of MS HTML Object library. Then it allows you to automate IE actions.
On similar lines, can one also automate Java applet / Java web start application actions ? If yes, can someone please share a few links / examples ? I will also like to try the same for Firefox .
I'm using Visual Basic 6.0 (and I'm not an expert at it).
