Signature Capture Component?

Hello,
In the past we have used Odyssey Software's EasyInk component to allow
for someone to sign on a PocketPC and capture their signature into an image.
Does anyone know if there is something like this for .NET? EasyInk is only
good for MS Embedded Tools.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Yes. And, you don't need to capture it as an image
on the device.

Dear Experts, In my ASP application, I have a chart that will popup in a new window. From the opener window, I want to add a button that will capture the chart to the clipboard and be able to paste it to other application. I just want the client area and don't want to include menu bar, address bar and so forth. Can I do that with pure asp without a component?

Can anyone point me to resources relating to web based signature capture? I'm working on an ASP application that will be used on mobile tablet PCs. I need to add the ability for someone to sign their name on the screen and then have it converted to an image (.gif/.jpg/.png) for printng & storage. Is this even possible with a web application? Any suggestion greatly appreciated!

hi, all Our program on handheld supports signature. And I am moving the code to laptop. But it seems impossible to support signature without other hardware device like "Writing Pad". Does anyone know if it is possible to do signature with the laptop's touchpad? Thanks

Signature Capture Applet - Version 2 Can now specify the details to the applet via the PARAM statements. This is much easier than using methods and allows the applet to be used in tables and other places where scripts are a right pain to use... Version 2 can be found at www.clayzer.com under the Resources/Freeware section for anyone who wants it (.java source included). B.

I am developing two forms in FLASH for my client and it is extremely puzzling for me to get around the following facts: Requirement 1: to recognize signature when a form is signed in Flash and to convert it to an image and send it back to database. The back end is being done in PHP (however, i have the option of doing this in Java too). Do let me know if this can be achieved? Requirement 2: to recognize all the fields handwritten in the...

I need to create a ASP.NET (3.5) web app where the client machine will be a tablet pc. The app will have a patient consent form that the patient would sign using the stylus. I would need to save the complete image of the signed form with signature, for future reference. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this would be appreciated. --

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
