I am looking for a text control (or API) that can emulate the behavior
of CodeWrite where you can move the cursor in any direction on a blank
text area and begin typing (so you are not confined to the left
margin). Visual Basic used to be like this in Versions prior to 5.
I can't for the life of me figure out what to call this "feature" so
it has been hard to search for.
Any help would be appreciated

I am developing an xml editor, inwhich I want to include text
auto-completion.
When I finish entering start element (ie.<Hello>) on rich text box,
the end element (ie.</Hello>) should be entered automatically and also
the cursor is automatically positioned in between the start element
and end element(ie.<Hello>|</Hello>). How should I do this using C#

I want to programmatically set the position of a cursor in a textbox
that has focus based on a X and Y value.
However, when I send a WM_RBUTTONDOWN and a WM_RBUTTONUP message to the
textbox it selects the text from where the cursor is to where I want
the cursor to be. All I want is to move the position of the cursor
based on a X and Y values, not select the text.

I have a simple form where I am using a dataset called Client. On the data
entry screen, there are name, address, city state and zip.
I have the fields bound to the dataset field. (Properties screen: Data
bindings then Text )
When I run the program and make a change to an existing record in the City

I am creating a subclassed text box. I want to have a button inside the
tetbox. That was the easy part. The part I can't figure out, is how you
set the area for the text? If you type a string it will go underneath
the button instead of stopping at the button and doing it's normal wrap
functionality where it pushes the text off the one side of the
textbox... How do you tell it to only use a certain area for text?

1. When you put your mouse over selected text the cursor is still the
