I have a question regarding paths and the include() statement in PHP.
I develop in a Windows environment and will be publishing to a Linux
server. I would like to do the following:
1. Setup my include references in such a way that I don't have to
change them all every time I have to publish to the production server
2. Setup above in such a way that won't involve php.ini (& LInux
equivalent), as I have access to edit this file...

Hi All,
I have seen this type of question raised in various groups but no one has supplied a definitive answer. I am trying to load a dataset schema that has an xs:include. Project policy is to have all schemas as embedded resources but there appears to be no means by which the DataSet.ReadXmlSchema method can be induced to use a custom Xmlresolver in order to supply the embedded referenced schema.

Hello,
I am developing a BHO that should add a custom HTTP header on a
specific domain only. Don't want the header globally, otherwise I
could just add a registry key.
So, on BEFORENAVIGATE2, I am canceling the current navigation and
renavigating with the new custom header using Navigate2. This usually
works fine, but in some cases (particularly when selecting a link that
starts a new window), the Navigate2 call fails.
