VS.NET 2003 - Find in Files not working anymore

Find in Files in my VS.NET 2003 IDE has suddenly stopped working. It
stopped working after I did a global solution Replace in all files
operation. I shut down the IDE twice, but it still doesn't work anymore.
See the example output message below. For example, I searched for "class",
and it doesn't even fine that. :-(

<quote>
Find all "class", Match case, Whole word, Subfolders, Find Results 1, Entire
Solution, "*.*"
No files were found to look in.Find was stopped in progress.

The good news: Along with Python-2.4 comes really good news to Windows users. Yes, you now CAN build extension modules yourself using the SAME C++ compiler and linker Python is built with itself. Everything you need is available at no costs (except download hassle and installation time). Once your system is set up properly its just a matter of running 'python setup.py build'. No longer waiting for someone else to build binaries and a...

Hi, my asp.net application is running fine on my development system. The application opens an access database and needs therefore write permissions. If I copy my complete folder on a Windows Server 2003 environment it's not working anymore. The website is accessible till the point when the application opens the access database. What are the names of users and groups necessary on a Windows Server

Dear All, I've been tried various configuration and did install SP1 on Windows 2003 Server. The problem now that I have is an aspx page located on the web site for taking the file post by client side. It was working perfect on testing platform(Win XP IIS) and previous production server(Win 2000). Recently when I'd upgrade the server to Win 2003, my web server of it keeps

When running my asp.net hosting service (asp.net without IIS), on server 2003 with IIS not installed, I get the following when trying to process a request. "System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL (aspnet_isapi.dll)." Of course the dll is able to be found, it's still in the framework directory and for grins I even put it in my service's local directory. This is apparantly server 2003 not allowing asp.net to be run if IIS was not...

Is there a way to find out where an application was created from? i.e. - work or home i.e. - if application sits on a (work) server/network, the IT people know the application is sitting there, but is there a way they can find out if that application was put there from a CD or email or created at work? Hint: It's not on a client/server database, just native jet database mdb created on Access 2003 (default 2000)...

Does anyone have any good detailed information on the conversion process? We are in the process of converting 2 projects from 2003 to 2005 and have some conversion errors that I can not find answers to. First, we have a lot of UserControls. I am getting the error "Type uc_mc_btn_footer is not defined." where uc_mc_btn_footer is the name of the UserControl. Also, on almost all of our UserControls the conversion has remmed out all my code...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
